User Responsibilities

Deposits and withdrawals may be made via supported payment methods including DuitNow, GrabPay, online bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. magnumslot reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source in their own name. magnumslot does not accept third-party deposits and reserves the right to decline or reverse any suspicious transaction.
Withdrawal Procedures
Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification and compliance with all applicable conditions. magnumslot reserves the right to request additional documentation for verification purposes before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of your ID, bank statement, or proof of address.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and the user's account verification status. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Magnumslot reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time at our sole discretion, particularly where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a user has violated any of these terms, engaged in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
If an account is suspended pending investigation, the funds held in that account may be frozen until the investigation is concluded. Should an account be closed due to a terms violation, magnumslot reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, bonuses, or winnings associated with the violating activity.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our customer support team. Account closure is subject to the settlement of all outstanding transactions and compliance with all applicable conditions.
